Many IUX users who have already completed verification (KYC) wonder what happens when they open an additional trading account. Do you need to submit your documents again, or will the new account be verified automatically?

The answer is no, you don't need to upload documents again because the system will automatically verify the new account when you use the same personal/contact information as your existing account.

When Automatic Verification Works

To ensure your new trading account is verified automatically, make sure the details match your verified profile, such as:

Full name
Email address/phone number
Personal and contact information in your profile

When the information is consistent, the system can link your verification status to your newly created account.
