If you suspect that someone has accessed your IUX account without authorization, or you notice any unusual activity, please follow the steps below immediately to protect your funds and personal information.

Steps to Take

1. Change your account password immediately

Log in to your account and change your main account password as well as your trading password (MT5 password) right away to prevent further unauthorized access.

2. Check your email and notifications

Review your emails or notifications from IUX to see if there have been any changes to your personal information or password reset requests that you did not initiate.

3. Log out from unknown devices

If device management is available, log out from all devices and then log in again only from the devices you normally use, to ensure no unknown devices remain connected.

If you have completed the steps above or continue to notice suspicious activity, it is strongly recommended that you contact IUX Support immediately at support@iux.com.
