While maintenance is being carried out, some services may become temporarily unavailable or experience brief interruptions, including:
- Trading access via MetaTrader platforms
- Client Portal account visibility
- Deposit, withdrawal, and internal transfer functions
- Trading server connectivity
All affected services are expected to resume normally once maintenance has been completed.
Additional Maintenance or System Updates
For any system updates or additional maintenance outside the regular maintenance schedule, notifications will be announced through the company’s official communication channels.
Recommendation for Users
Clients are advised to monitor official maintenance announcements regularly and manage trading activities appropriately prior to scheduled maintenance periods.
This helps reduce the risk of inconvenience caused by temporary service interruptions.
