Conditions of using the LotBack program It is an agreement between IUX, hereinafter referred to as the “Company,” and the Client who has registered for membership with the Company. Hereinafter referred to as the “customer,” Royal Plus’s terms of benefits may affect the customer’s rights. Details of terms and conditions are as follows.

What is the “LotBack” program status?

The LotBack Program status shall be granted to clients utilizing the services of IUX. Clients shall earn LotBack Points from their trading activity, which may be redeemed for cash across all account types. The level of LotBack status may be subject to upward or downward adjustment in accordance with the conditions specified in this document.

How is the LotBack value calculated?

LotBack Points Can be redeemed for balance with the details as follows: 1 Point = $0.5 Balance.

For example, if you have 100 points, you can use them to exchange $50 for real money.

How do I get the LotBack program status?

The Royal Plus status shall be granted to all clients upon their first deposit with IUX. The client’s Royal Plus Program shall be activated, and the client shall be assigned the status of Rising Star. Clients may commence accumulating trading days immediately. Each trade must be held for a minimum of five (5) minutes in order to be eligible for point accrual. For each standard lot traded, points shall be awarded based on the client’s current status and are applicable to all account types (Standard, Pro, and Raw), as outlined below:

• Rising Star: 0.5 point per standard lot
• Champion: 0.8 point per standard lot
• Elite: 1.0 point per standard lot
• Master: 1.2 points per standard lot
• Legend: 1.5 points per standard lot

The higher the client’s LotBack status, the greater the number of LotBack Points that can be accumulated, resulting in increased benefits.

How many levels of the LotBack program are there, and how are they different?

The LotBack Program consists of five (5) status tiers, each of which provides different point rates per standard lot traded. Details are as follows:

• Rising Star: 0.5 point per standard lot (for all accounts)
• Champion: 0.8 point per standard lot (for all accounts)
• Elite: 1.0 point per standard lot (for all accounts)
• Master: 1.2 points per standard lot (for all accounts)
• Legend: 1.5 points per standard lot (for all accounts)

How can I level up my LotBack program status?

LotBack status upgrades are achieved through accumulated trading activity. Upon a client’s first deposit and trade execution, the Rising Star status shall be granted. Status upgrades shall proceed as follows, based on the number of cumulative trading days:

• Rising Star → Champion: after ten (10) cumulative trading days
• Champion → Elite: after thirty (30) cumulative trading days
• Elite → Master: after ninety (90) cumulative trading days
• Master → Legend: after one hundred eighty (180) cumulative trading days

Can the LotBack Program Status Be Downgraded?

Yes. If your account becomes inactive, your Royal Plus status will expire and be downgraded according to the following details:

• Legend status will be downgraded to Master after 30 days of inactivity
• Master status will be downgraded to Elite after 30 days of inactivity
• Elite status will be downgraded to Champion after 30 days of inactivity
• Champion status will be downgraded to Rising Star after 30 days of inactivity

Risk warning

1. Users are advised to trade carefully.
2. Users are well aware of the risks involved in trading in the Contract for Differences (CFDs) market and should trade with caution. The company is not responsible for any imprudence of users.
3. You will get LotBack only when trading using the balance part, e.g., balance $100 at leverage 1:1000. With this condition, when opening an order for 2 lots, you will get LotBack for only 1 lot because a balance of $100 can open orders for only 1 lot. In addition, you have to hold orders for more than 5 minutes. XRPUSD (CFD) is a product that does not participate in the LotBack promotion.
