LotBack is a program that allows traders to receive cashback from their trades, regardless of whether the trade results in profit or loss. Every executed order is calculated into LotBack Points, which can be exchanged for Balance in the trading account.
LotBack is designed to help:

How to Earn LotBack
You can receive LotBack easily under the following conditions:
Margin must be used from Balance only
Orders must be held for more than 5 minutes
LotBack Points Calculation
The exchange rate for LotBack Points is as follows:
1 Point = $0.5 Balance (withdrawable)
Example:
If you have 100 Points, you can exchange them for $50 Balance, which is withdrawable.
Exchanging LotBack to Balance
LotBack can be exchanged into Balance, and the exchanged amount will be calculated into your account balance.
Example:
Balance = –20
LotBack = $5
New Balance = –15
If the Balance is negative and all orders are closed, the system will reset the Balance to 0.
It is recommended to exchange LotBack to Balance only when the Balance is 0 or positive.
Accounts Eligible for the LotBack Program
The accounts that can participate in the LotBack program include:
• Standard
• Raw
• Pro
The LotBack rate per 1 lot depends on the account type and LotBack level.
LotBack Status Levels
LotBack has 5 levels, determined by the number of Points earned per 1 standard lot:
• Rising Star – 0.5 Point / 1 lot
• Champion – 0.8 Point / 1 lot
• Elite – 1.0 Point / 1 lot
• Master – 1.2 Points / 1 lot
• Legend – 1.5 Points / 1 lot
The higher the level, the more LotBack Points you can accumulate and the greater the benefits you receive.
How to Redeem LotBack on the IUX website
Log in to your account at iux.com
Go to the "Benefits" on the Trade menu
Select "LotBack"
Check your available "LotBack points."
Select “Exchange to Balance” and click “Redeem.”
• Exchange to Balance: Enter the LotBack points, select the account where you would like to receive the funds, then confirm.
